Lifetime warranty
Every Foreverspin product we make carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for as long as you own it. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights (see "Your legal rights" below).
What we'll do
If a product has a covered defect, we'll replace it with an equivalent new product, or refund all or part of the purchase price. We may ask you to return the product to us first. When we give a refund, the returned product becomes ours.
What's not covered
- Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, throwing, banging or reckless spinning.
- Use with non-Foreverspin products. Our spinning bases and docks are designed for genuine Foreverspin tops only.
- Normal wear and tear, including gradual wear to a top's tip from spinning on a base, whose diamond-like carbon (DLC) surface is extremely hard.
- Natural metal changes, such as oxidation, patina or the softness of copper.
- Wear of plated finishes over time.
- Damage from harsh chemicals or environments, such as liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs and spas.
Shipping
If a product arrives defective, damaged or not as described, we pay shipping both ways. For other warranty claims, you pay shipping to us and back, in advance; we'll confirm the cost before you send anything.

Your legal rights
This warranty doesn't replace or limit your rights under Ontario's Sale of Goods Act and Consumer Protection Act, 2002, or the consumer protection laws where you live, including your right to goods that are of merchantable quality, fit for their purpose and as described.
