All sales are final for change of mind

Every Foreverspin top carries a unique serial number logged to its buyer, and we sell only new products, so we can't resell returned items. For that reason, we don't accept returns or give refunds if you simply change your mind.

When you can cancel or get a refund

This doesn't affect your right to cancel or get a refund in these cases:

• Your order is late. If it hasn't been delivered within 30 days after the delivery date we gave you (or within 30 days after you ordered, if we gave no date), you may cancel at any time before it's delivered and get a full refund.
• Your package is lost or damaged. If it's lost before delivery or arrives damaged, we'll replace it or refund you.
• An item is defective or not what you ordered. Contact us promptly and we'll replace it or refund you, and we pay the shipping.
• We missed a required step. If we didn't give you the required information, or a chance to review and correct your order, before you placed it, you may cancel until 7 days after you receive your order confirmation. If we didn't send you a copy of your order within 15 days, you may cancel within 30 days after ordering.
• You were misled into buying. You may cancel within one year.
• Any other right you have under consumer protection law.

How to cancel or make a claim

Contact us by email, phone or mail. Any wording is fine as long as it says you want to cancel or get a refund. Email gives you a record.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 15 days after you cancel. If you've received the item, we'll tell you how to return it. When the cancellation is because of our failure (a late, defective or wrong item, or missing information), we pay reasonable return shipping.

If an order shipped outside Canada comes back to us because import charges weren't paid or the package wasn't collected, we'll refund the item price less the original and return shipping costs.

Lifetime warranty
